Ticketing

Where can I buy tickets to Iron Horse Shows?

Tickets can be purchased online at ironhorse.org or at parlorroom.org, or in person during our daytime box office hours or at any show. (note: our current box office hours/location are at PR but they will be at IH eventually)

Will I receive a physical ticket?

No, tickets are digital, to use them at entry you can pull them up on your phone or print them out prior and bring them with you to the venue.

I’m not able to log in to the Patron Portal! What do I do?

Contact us for further assistance.

What are online processing fees/who is receiving fees – Parlor Room or Patron Manager?

  • Processing fees online will vary depending on the price of the show ticket.

  • The processing fees help to cover the cost of ticketing services; if you come in during box office hours to pay in person you can avoid the processing fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Tickets are nonrefundable.

Membership

How long do memberships last/when do they need to be renewed ( & do they auto renew?)

Memberships last a full calendar year from the date of purchase and do not automatically renew. You will receive an email with instructions on how to renew your membership before your membership expires.

How do I use my complimentary tickets?

Memberships that are Button Box or above receive complimentary tickets. You will only be able to use these tickets on shows that are $30 or less. To use these, put your desired tickets in your cart and when you are in checkout there will be an option to enter your promo code. If you are supposed to receive complimentary tickets with your Membership and have not yet received a promo code please contact memberships@parlorroom.org

Why won't my Membership Comp work on some shows?

Our policy is that membership complimentary tickets are good for shows ticketed at $30 or less, your code will not be valid on shows that do not fall into this category.

Why was I only able to reserve 4 tickets during pre-sale as a member?

Membership pre-sales and membership pricing is limited to 4 tickets per show for each membership account. Once tickets are on sale to the public, you will be able to purchase additional tickets at the regular price.

Venue/ Accessibility

What will entry at The Iron Horse be like (specifically - how does it compare to their old system of waiting outside. Also: Once you are in the bar area, what is entry like – is it first come first serve?)

As you step inside at 18 Center St., you'll find yourself in our brand new bar area, designed to provide a comfortable hangout space for our guests. Complete with a full bar and 10 handicap-accessible bathrooms, including a single-use option, we've ensured convenience and accessibility for all.

Our bar area opens at 4pm on most show days, allowing patrons to unwind and relax with a drink while performers finalize their soundchecks in the main performance room. Upon entry, each party will receive a numbered ticket, which will determine their entry sequence into the performance space.

At 6pm, when the doors to the main performance area swing open, we'll begin calling parties in numerical order, starting with numbers 1 through 10, then 11 through 20, and so forth, until all numbers distributed have been called. This organized approach ensures a smooth and fair entry process for everyone.

Inside the performance space, seating arrangements include a mix of general admission (GA) and reserved seats. Half of the seats are designated as GA, offering prime spots on both the floor and balcony, while the other half are reserved for those who prefer a guaranteed seat.

Please note that our bar area has a capacity of approximately 40 people, so there may be times when a line forms outside if the bar is at full capacity. Rest assured, our staff will do their best to accommodate everyone efficiently.

Does the IH balcony have accessible seating?

At this time, the IH balcony is not wheelchair accessible. There are wheelchair accessible seats on the first floor.

Are the bathrooms accessible?

Bathrooms for public use are located on the first floor. We have a single use gender neutral and wheelchair accessible bathroom stall, as well as bathrooms with stalls and urinals.

No outside food or drink allowed at the Iron Horse, the Parlor Room is BYOB
